The STR marketplace where owners find operators and operators find owners.

One platform feeding both sides of the deal, plus the workspace to run it from first look to signed. Every partnership model, every step.

Common questions

Who is Vantage for?

Three sides of the same table. Property owners weighing what to do with a building. STR operators looking for deal flow and one workspace to run it. Deal Finders sourcing properties and getting paid when they close. Vantage connects all three and treats every partnership model the same.

Is this STR-only?

Yes. Vantage is built around short-term-rental deal flow specifically. Comps and viability bands come from STR market data, the deal calculator models arbitrage, co-hosting, and full STR management. Long-term rental work happens elsewhere.

What does Vantage cost?

Owners list free. Operators browse on a free tier with monthly caps on comps, owner inquiries, Vantage Reports, and one e-Sign send a month. Deal Maker lifts every cap to unlimited at the $19 a month founding rate. Deal Finders pay nothing to list and earn per unlock when an operator buys the deal. Full breakdown at /pricing.

How does Vantage make money?

Operator subscriptions, plus a platform fee on Deal Finder deals. Owners are never charged, and Vantage is not a brokerage: it doesn't handle the lease or take a cut of the partnership that the two sides settle off-platform.

How is this different from AirDNA or a CRM?

AirDNA is data. A CRM is pipeline. Vantage collapses the whole stack into one workspace plus the marketplace that feeds it. Comps, the deal calculator, the pipeline CRM, e-Sign, the exportable Vantage Report, and the deal supply itself all live in one place. Stop running ten tabs to underwrite one property.
