One marketplace, one workspace, three roles. Owners list properties, Deal Finders package deals, operators run them. Here's how a deal moves from first look to signed.
Three ways. Owners list properties directly, Deal Finders package and list underwritten deals, and operators bring their own leads into the workspace to track alongside marketplace deals.
On packaged Deal Finder deals, an operator's payment is held in Stripe escrow and releases to the Deal Finder only when the deal closes. It protects both sides: the operator doesn't pay for a deal that falls through, and the Deal Finder is guaranteed payment on a deal that closes.
Yes. From a Deal Finder's storefront, an operator can commission a custom search. The Deal Finder sets their rate, the two agree on it in chat, and the operator's deposit is held in escrow until the search is delivered and the operator releases it.
No. Owner-operator partnerships are settled directly between the parties, off-platform, and Vantage takes nothing from them. The one place Vantage earns is packaged Deal Finder deals: payment runs through escrow and Vantage takes a platform fee from the Deal Finder when the deal closes.
No. Owners choose the structure that fits each property, and operators run whatever mix of arbitrage, co-hosting, and property management suits their portfolio. The workspace underwrites all three.
The conversation moves off-platform. Vantage handles discovery, vetting, and the workspace up to the agreement; the lease or management relationship itself is between the owner and operator.
Vantage is the STR marketplace where owners find operators and operators find owners. One platform, every partnership model, every step from first look to signed. Visit Vantage or see how it works.
