Operators fund searches through your storefront. Your leftover deals roll into the marketplace.
A short-term rental deal finder sources off-market STR deals for operators. You find a property an operator can run as a short-term rental, confirm the owner is open to a partnership, check the local regulations, and package the numbers. It's the same job a bird dog or property finder does in traditional real estate, pointed at short-term rentals.
Operators do, directly. Vantage is the marketplace. When an operator unlocks your listing or hires you on a paid search, the money moves one of two ways: through Stripe escrow, releasing to your Stripe Connect account when the lease is signed, or through your own invoicing, where you bill the operator and collect directly.
A small platform fee on each transaction. You set your prices; the platform fee is deducted on payout. Subscriptions are coming soon: pay a flat monthly and keep 100% of your payouts.
No. We provide AirROI integration. You can run full comps, ADR, occupancy, and revenue projections directly inside the Vantage dashboard. It's part of the toolset for every deal finder. This is a huge asset if you want to sell fully underwritten deals.
It's a spreadsheet built for sourcing. Smart columns (address, beds, baths, asking rent, owner contact, regulation status) directly map to a Warm Lead or Full Listing. Click Convert on any row and the listing draft is pre-filled. Then deliver it to a job, share it privately with an operator, or list it publicly.
This is the only platform built specifically to market your own STR deals. Operators come here to use the prospecting and underwriting tools, and to hire deal finders. Your storefront is where they discover you. Surplus deals never go to waste: list them publicly, share privately, or pin them.
You set up your storefront with the services you offer (Warm Leads, Fully Underwritten, or both), the markets you cover, and your viability criteria. Operators browse the marketplace and reach out. A recent deal finder closed a 2-month engagement in Atlanta for $2,000.
No. You're listing rental properties for short-term operators or being hired to source them. You're not brokering a sale or representing parties on a transaction.
Two ways. Invoice the operator directly, or take payout through Stripe Connect, where the operator's funds release to your bank when the deal closes. Stripe Connect onboards from your profile in a few minutes, the same flow used by Lyft and DoorDash.
No. The properties are US-based for now, but you can find them and run your storefront from anywhere. Stripe escrow is limited to US bank accounts and tax IDs, so international deal finders send their own invoices and collect from the operator directly. More payout integrations are coming with companies like Grey, Wise, and Payoneer.
Vantage is the STR marketplace where owners find operators and operators find owners. One platform, every partnership model, every step from first look to signed. Visit Vantage or see how it works.
